The AISLink MOB Personal AIS Locator Beacon provides fast, reliable man-overboard (MOB) alerting and location tracking for sailors, boaters, and offshore crews. Designed to integrate with a life jacket, the beacon can automatically activate when the life jacket inflates, transmitting an initial AIS emergency alert within 15 seconds to nearby AIS receivers and compatible chartplotters.
With an integrated GPS, DSC alert capability, and high-intensity strobe light, the AISLink MOB helps nearby vessels quickly identify and locate a person in the water. AIS alerts can reach vessels up to 5 miles (4.3 NM) away, depending on conditions.
